The University of Nairobi (UoN) held its 74th Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Chancellor's Court, starting at 7:30 AM.
The University of Nairobi wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various degrees and diplomas at the end of the last academic year (2024/2025) and members of the public, that the 73rd Graduation Ceremony will be held PHYSICALLY on Friday, September 19, 2025, commencing at 7.30 a.m. at the Chancellor’s Court. The 72nd University of Nairobi Graduation Ceremony will be held on 13th December, 2024 at the Chancellors Court. Theme: Transforming Society with Adaptive & Innovative Graduates.

The goal is to prepare students and staff to be job creators instead of job seekers. The top three winning ideas from each of the Faculties Hackathons will get a chance to participate in the final Nairobi Innovation Week competition in 2024.
