The Department of Agricultural Economics of the University of Nairobi is inviting applications for a four-week course on efficiency and productivity analysis using a mathematical programming technique, data envelopment analysis (DEA), from 2nd to 28th August 2021. The course will mostly be delivered online with pre-recorded lectures and programming demonstrations labs. Virtual interactive sessions with the instructor will be arranged.

The Intergovernmental Forum on Mining, Minerals, Metals and Sustainable Development (IGF) and United Nations University World Institute for Development Economics Research (UNU-WIDER) will be hosting its third researchers’ seminar on Extractive Industries: Taxation and Revenues on Tuesday 31 August 2021.
