The Department of Animal Production University of Nairobi has a collaboration with Jaramogi Oginga Ondinga University of Science and Technology on Animal nutrition and Animal production.We are currently having a student doing his masters research project on Animal Nutrition in the Department of Animal Production.

The undergraduate students doing their Bachelors in Fisheries and Aquaculture Management Programme course and those doing Bachelor of Agriculture (Animal Science major) normally have a unit in Fish Nutrition and Feeding therefore it is very vital to take them for educational trips to for more exposures.

They learn fish ponds types,fish ponds management practices,types of fish and fish feeding practices and economics of fish farming in Kenya.

Invitation to The 4th African Conference on Supply Chain Management (ACOSCM2022) is organized jointly by the University of Nairobi, University of Dar-es-Salaam and DAAD scheduled for 27-28 July 2022.
