The Department of Animal production services students from the Faculty of Agriculture.Currently the Department is servicing students doing Bachelors of Agriculture for Principals of Animal Nutrition in the Animal Nutrition Laboratory.

On Friday 3rd March 2023, we had the privilege of hosting visitors from Cargill International to our Department. Cargill is a leading company in innovation, research and development of products to promote animal nutrition and health.  

We are currently in the process of developing an agreement for testing some of their products for layer and broiler chicken.
