Sub-theme 3: Non-communicable diseases, mental health and environmental risks, substance abuse, including narcotic drug abuse and harmful use of alcohol, tobacco, global deaths, and injuries from road traffic accidents.

1. Improving Maternal Health Care in low-income countries: Challenges and Strategies in East Africa
