Tree Planting Exercise by the Department of Animal Production – University of Nairobi

The Department of Animal Production, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nairobi, successfully conducted a tree planting exercise on 8th April 2026 as part of its commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability.

The activity brought together members of staff, students, and stakeholders who participated in planting trees aimed at enhancing environmental preservation, increasing forest cover, and promoting a greener and healthier ecosystem. The exercise also reflected the University’s dedication towards supporting national and global climate action initiatives.
