This is to inform you that the logon to the staff portal (smis.uonbi.ac.ke/staff ) has been amended to now use the same username and password used to access all the other University MIS applications such as online leave system, SMIS, EPMIS, etc. This is part of our efforts to harmonize all our MIS applications to be accessible using one set of credentials.
This is, therefore, to advise that the login to the SMIS staff portal smis.uonbi.ac.ke/staff shall use the same credentials used to access the other MIS applications. In case you forget your password, you can make use of the reset your password tool available in all the MIS applications. To reset your password visit the self-help password reset application (https//reset.uonbi.ac.ke/) which is also available through VPN and follow the reset process.
