The University of Nairobi (UoN) held its 74th Graduation Ceremony on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Chancellor's Court, starting at 7:30 AM. 

The Vice-Chancellor, University of Nairobi, has appointed Dr. Rawlynce Bett as Chairman of the Department of Animal Production, effective September 2025. 

The Department of Animal Production will have broilers for sale starting Monday, 23rd September 2025.

On May 9, 2025, students pursuing a BSc in Agriculture ( Animal Major) Year 4 had the opportunity to visit a feed manufacturing company specializing in animal feeds. This experience served as an extension of their coursework on ration formulation, allowing them to engage with real-world
